• Changed the hour that each hourly precipitation element is assigned to. All hourly reports that come in with "report times" of HH00 through HH59 will be assigned to the hour that starts at HH minus 1. For instance, a report of precip at 0904 UTC will be assigned to hour 8. Routines changed: PrecipLoader, TS, LoadFrame.
• Changed the 'Find' window to execute whenever the user enters a newline after the station name. (No longer necessary to click 'find'.) Routine(s) changed: FindFrame.
